Bookish Countdown Survey

Thank you to Rachel @ Confessions of a Book Geek for tagging me in this survey! How it works – your answer in books needs to equal the question number.  This was fun!

I think I have Don’t Let Go (don’t trust me, you know I think I own all the books, and I’ve left my phone at home so I can’t check!), and I’ve been meaning to get The Sea of Tranquility for ages (I love the melted ice-cream cover). I haven’t read any Rainbow Rowell yet, but I’m looking forward to it, when I get round to it!

I need to check out some of your auto-buy authors and most recommended books! And I’m surprised to see Me Before You and Mud Vein in the ones you thought you’d like but didn’t – C Hoover goes on about Mud Vein all the time, and I just assume everything by Jojo Moyes is good because of the hype she’s getting.

    Great countdown! R x

Both Mud Vein & You came highly recommended by my favorite author – C Hoover. And I hated them both. What does that say?! Lol. It’s bizarre. I LOVE Tarryn Fisher. I follow her on Twitter and Instagram and she’s awesome. And I loved her Love Me With Lies series. I highly recommend those – do you have them on your list?! Mud Vein was just a giant disappointment to me. I hope her next book redeems my love of her writing.

I think that specific Moyes book was a bad one for me to pick first. I am going to try another one by her that I was guaranteed to love.

      You have to read Rowell!!!

      • Rachel says:

They weren’t on my list! But when I checked I have a copy of Dirty Red I think!

That’s a shame, because C Hoover goes on about it I was going to check Mud Vein out but I think I’ll pass now!

I’m catching up on A LOT of blogging stuff tonight, so I’ll drop you an email about the joint review 🙂
